The perfect way to kill your pizza cravings while sticking to a diet! Low calorie, High protein and high fiber pizza.

makes 2 servings!

2 Healthy Life Style - Ole- Xtreme Wellness High Fiber, Low CarB
PAM cooking spray

3 cups kale
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 sliced tomato
4oz chicken
1/2 cup Prego light smart traditional sauce
1/2 cup black-bean salsa
2 tbls Parmesan  cheese (optional)
2 tbls dried pepper flakes

spray bottom side of low carb tortilla and place on non-stick pan, evenly put mixed salsa/pizza sauce over both tortillas, load up your protein with chicken then add in the onions, tomatoes, mushrooms and finish it off with a heaping pile of kale to top of the pizzas. spray tops of pizza with pam to give it a crispy bite - then top with Parmesan cheese.

place in oven on 350 middle rack for 8-10 minutes, take out and devour!

The stats: 365 calories - 65g carbs (36 after fiber) - 42g protein and 7g fat.

Why would the carbs be reduced due to fiber?

Fiber is not digested when eaten, if so its only digested very minimal which in turn only counts towards minimal calories. But the main reason is that it does not impact blood glucose levels when eaten. unlike other carbohydrates which will spike blood glucose levels.
