PAM cooking spray
3 cups kale
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 sliced tomato
1/2 cup Prego light smart traditional sauce
1/2 cup black-bean salsa
2 tbls Parmesan cheese (optional)
2 tbls dried pepper flakes
spray bottom side of low carb tortilla and place on non-stick pan, evenly put mixed salsa/pizza sauce over both tortillas, load up your protein with chicken then add in the onions, tomatoes, mushrooms and finish it off with a heaping pile of kale to top of the pizzas. spray tops of pizza with pam to give it a crispy bite - then top with Parmesan cheese.
place in oven on 350 middle rack for 8-10 minutes, take out and devour!
